As a soloist, Chip plays a mix of Appalachian and Celtic fiddle tunes, klezmer and other international music, and original songs and improvisations. His repertoire on the fiddle runs the gamut from lively hoedowns to sweet waltzes. He also plays works by O'Carolan, Bach, and others on classical guitar. He has performed at numerous events, from small private gatherings to Oregon Country Fair, as a strolling fiddler, walking through the crowds putting music into the air and letting people experience it up close and personal. Chip is available for weddings, picnics, fairs and festivals, and events of all kinds.
